Award winning western Monmouth County agency needs to expand by hiring a Personal Lines Manager. Job responsibilities include: managing a staff of 2 CSRs, 2 In-house producers. Meet with Carrier Representatives, Prepare reports for Management to include new business and lost business reports, and handle VIP clients. Individual must hold a NJ Property and Casualty Insurance license in NJ. They must also have knowledge of AMS360 and WorkSmart/ImageRight.
