*Strong oral and written communication skills
*Operate telephone, personal computer/keyboard, Real Page, Microsoft Office including Word and MS Outlook
*Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances
*Participate in training in order to comply with new or existing laws
*Neat, clean, professional at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community Qualified candidates will be self-starters with the ability to work within HUD established guidelines, fair housing compliance, and participate in training in order to comply with new and existing laws.
Knowledge of subsidy programs and procedures are helpful but not necessary.
Will train the right individual.
Knowledge of Real Page is a plus!
Required education: High school or equivalent
Required experience: 1 year Office Administration
1 year Customer Service
Required license or certification: Drivers License
