Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager-Fast Casual Restaurant to join our team! You will be responsible for operations of a mid to high volume quick-casual restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Work under the direction of the General Manager
- Train and coach employees
- Employee Scheduling
- Uphold company policies and procedures
- Inventory
- Restaurant maintenance
- Financial reporting
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager, preferably in a full service or quick-casual dining restaurant
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Good employment tenure
- Strong leadership skills
- Guest focused
- Some experience with performance management a plus
- Some experience with coaching and corrective action a plus
