ABOUT THE POSITION:

Fixd is looking for sales self-starters and go-getters that have a passion for serving others and the maturity to mentally handle the positive challenges that come with opening a new market for a start-up business. The ideal field sales rep is typically a “people person” and someone that genuinely enjoys developing relationships and working with diverse cultures and personalities.

The Team Leader position is responsible for training new hires on Fixd internal processes and sales strategies once they’re established in the field. Team Leaders are also expected to assist in recruiting efforts and identify potential candidates that are the right fit for the job and company in both personality and sales production.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Team Leaders are expected to memorize and demonstrate the Fixd Sales Playbook to guide reps through a successful sales cycle regardless of the real estate market volatility.
  • Team Leaders are responsible for communicating corporate initiatives and messages from the Executive Team to the field sales reps, and are responsible for maintaining a positive culture and celebrating success with their designated team members.
  • Team Leaders should hold weekly team calls to ensure their reps are making 40+ outbound phone calls and meeting with at least 5 Title BDO’s or Realtors/teams.
  • Team Leaders will have to guide new reps on how to secure meetings with top-producing Realtors, Transaction Coordinators and Title Bus. Dev. Reps, both one-to- one and in group presentations to sell the benefits of Fixd home warranty plans.
  • Team Leaders serve as a liaison between the Field Sales Rep and the Fixd corporate office so they are a direct contact for explaining warranty coverage and offering assistance with processing escalated claim situations to the internal service team.
  • Show new reps the Fixd presentation and how to demonstrate the app routinely.
  • Keep the team’s efforts laser-focused on growing market share in the assigned zip codes
  • Hold reps accountable for utilizing Title BDO’s to make Realtor introductions and Escrow teams to organically generate home warranty orders for Fixd
  • Help reps learn which events to Co-Host events at real estate offices and offsite locations that generate results quickly.
  • Provide ideas and direction for setting up “cookout” events to spread the word about Fixd and solicit co-hosts to help cover the cost of the event (ie: Title companies, mortgage lenders, home inspectors, movers, etc.)
  • Team Leaders must be able to explain how to leverage sales and closing skills to strengthen relationships and build customer loyalty year-over- year by creating a partnership that sustains the real estate market ebbs and flows
  • Team Leaders are responsible for answering questions about the Fixd sales process and helping new reps to organize their time towards only those activities that generate revenue for the company
  • Team Leaders are expected to instill a sense of accountability for new reps to ensure they follow-through with action-plans from each meeting, visit, pop-by or event in an effort to obtain immediate and future business
  • Reps are expected to share Fixd materials with brokerages, agents and title offices; share the Fixd Facebook page and invite new friends to Like the page; and utilize the Fixd Sales CRM to stay organized with prospect touch-points
  • Have the confidence to ask for warranty referrals and service business and keep prospects accountable to their commitment to try Fixd for service and/or warranty claims work

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Prior experience mentoring, coaching and leading a small team of sales people.
  • Former sales / business development experience required, real estate knowledge a plus.
  • Must be disciplined to home-office and be organized to manage field sales efforts.
  • Must have public-speaking skills and be able to effectively demonstrate the Fixd presentation in public.
  • Sales savviness helps when asking for the business or overcoming objections to sway someone from their current home warranty relationship.
  • Must have computer and smart phone App knowledge, CRM experience a plus.
  • Must be familiar with driving routes in the general territory area (outlined by zip codes)
  • Attire: Business Casual in the office / Professional in the field
