Job Description

Mobvitel is currently looking for Store Managers to sell and service wireless phones, accessories and service-based technology products in a high-traffic environment.

Store Manager Overview: The Store Manager is primarily responsible for the overall profitability for their location which includes meeting and exceeding sales goals and percentages; responsible for all employee-related issues, inventory management and auditing, overhead costs, and corporate policy and procedure compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with employees to increase overall store profitability, exceeding set company goals in each category
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, operating hours, and disciplines
  • Observe customer sales interactions with all store employees to provide positive and constructive feedback
  • Daily and weekly inventory control over all store products and transactions
  • Maintain knowledge of up-and-coming technologies and trends
  • Provide customers the best customer best customer experience in wireless
  • Maximize transactions selling wireless products and services to new and existing customers
  • Ability to thrive in an environment of constant change
  • Keep sales floor presentable for customers

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED, some college preferred
  • 2 — 3 years of Retail Management experience
  • 1 - 2 years of commissioned Sales experience
  • Advance computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Must be available to work mornings/evenings/weekends
  • Expert knowledge of sales and marketing techniques of product and services
  • High level of Customer Service and Sales Management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Point-of-Sale, Customer Service Tracking systems
  • Strong written and verbal Communication skills
