Job Description
LOOKING TO HIRE:
-SALES ASSOCIATES/KEY HOLDER IN OUR LARCHMONT LOCATION
-Need WEEKDAY availability
-Average of 2 shifts a week (shifts are either 9:30 am- 6pm or 12 pm- 8pm with room for some flexibility)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Drive boutique traffic through clienteling efforts
• Maximize boutique sales through joint operational and retail focus
• Supervising and guiding staff towards maximum performance
• Takes action to obtain the highest level of satisfaction of the client
• Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation
• Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
• Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 1-2 years of Retail experience
• Possess clear communication skills and exceptional follow-up skills
• Willingness to think outside the box for solutions
• Team-centered approach and mindset
• Client-oriented
