Job Description
This job requires you to have a valid driver license along with reliable, insured transportation that can be used for work purposes, with reimbursement. The equivalent of a high school diploma is also required. In addition, all qualified applicants are required to submit to a background check.

Basic job duties will include:
· Filling in for the Property Manager in his or her absence
· Maintaining the daily operations of the site
· Basic, daily accounting
· Using sales skills to convert walk-ins and telephone calls to rentals
· Using excellent customer service skills to help existing and potential customers
· Resolving customer issues efficiently
· Minor and custodial maintenance
· Truck rentals and maintenance
· Work effectively under the direction of a Property Manager and District Manager.
Job Details
This is a full-time job that may require you to work at multiple facilities. General facility hours at most locations are Monday - Saturday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sunday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, however, this may vary. You will be expected to work weekends.
