eCommerce Fulfillment Supervisor - Full-time / Part-time

Job Summary

XSknives.com is a growing eCommerce company specializing in Tactical, Hunting, Self Defense and Survival knives and related gear.

The Fulfillment Supervisor will perform and manage all day to day operations in the areas of fulfillment including: picking/packing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and basic administrative duties.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Pick/pack/ship 75-150+ orders daily
• Ensure all orders are processed and shipped daily
• Receive & stock inventory shipments
• Coordinate daily tasks with back office
• Keep track of inventory levels
• Coordinate purchase orders with back office
• Perform basic administrative duties
• Initiate and implement warehouse organization, optimization, and workflow improvements for optimal efficiency
• Ensure compliance of all company policies and safety guidelines
• Think outside the box to improve all aspects of fulfillment
• Train and manage a team of pick/packers as order volume grows (currently there are no other pick/packers-They will be added as order volume increases). This means the Fulfillment Supervisor will be the sole person responsible for all fulfillment related operations for the time being, which is why need some who is very dependable and punctual.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in fulfillment/warehouse operations
• Experience in supervising, leadership, management
• Experience with various Shipping Software, Order Management and ERP software
• Interest in Knives, Tactical, Hunting, and Survival stuff is a plus
• High ethical values

Benefits

Starting Pay is $14/hr with chance to increase to $15/hr after 1 month.
