Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Associates / Managers are expected to perform the following after 30-day training period:
- Greet customers and determined their needs and wants
- Discuss the type, quality, and number of products required for purchase
- Recommend merchandise based on individual requirements
- Advise customers on utilization and care of merchandise
- Provide advice to customers regarding particular products or services
- Explain the use and advantage of merchandise to customers
- Answer customers' questions and concerns
- Show the actual use of product
- Quote prices and discounts as well as credit terms, trade-in allowances, warranties and delivery dates
- Prepare sales contracts and accept payment through different methods
- Assist in display of merchandise
- Maintain sales records for inventory control
The ideal candidate will have the following capabilities and experience:
- No previous experience required
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED
- Excellent Customer Service Skills; Enjoy working with the public
- Possess a dynamic personality
- Great work ethic
- Candidate must be hard- working, dedicated and willing to succeed
