Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Associates / Managers are expected to perform the following after 30-day training period:
  • Greet customers and determined their needs and wants
  • Discuss the type, quality, and number of products required for purchase
  • Recommend merchandise based on individual requirements
  • Advise customers on utilization and care of merchandise
  • Provide advice to customers regarding particular products or services
  • Explain the use and advantage of merchandise to customers
  • Answer customers' questions and concerns
  • Show the actual use of product
  • Quote prices and discounts as well as credit terms, trade-in allowances, warranties and delivery dates
  • Prepare sales contracts and accept payment through different methods
  • Assist in display of merchandise
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control

 

The ideal candidate will have the following capabilities and experience:

  • No previous experience required
  • Minimum High School Diploma/GED
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills; Enjoy working with the public
  • Possess a dynamic personality
  • Great work ethic
  • Candidate must be hard- working, dedicated and willing to succeed
