At SEE you'll have the opportunity to work with other dangerously charismatic SEE-lebs as the Retail Operations Analyst reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and working under the guidance of the Director of Store Operations.
Qualifications & Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and summarizing key business and operational data that will assist retail operations management, merchandising, marketing and finance.
Uses strategic thinking, analytical skills and collaboration to analyze data to define retail operational performance in relation to key performance indicators and initiatives.
Maintains a comprehensive understanding of business processes and practices pertaining to all aspects of Retail Operations.
Serves as retail operation point of contact for various projects to drive project execution. Follow up with retail personnel as needed.
Responsible for maintaining and providing comprehensive and complex report development and analysis of retail operational.
Prepare various daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly store operational reporting, ranking scorecard, sales analysis, labor scheduling and forecast, and other ad-hoc reporting.
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (at an advanced level) and PowerPoint creating templates, graphical representations of various key metrics in chart form.
Experience in working closely with other business partners to gain critical information and knowledge that can be used to develop actionable reporting for sound business decisions
Ability to work in a cross functional team oriented environment. Constantly measurably improving.
Experience in working on multiple projects simultaneously and successfully prioritize those projects to meet deadlines and deliverables.
Background knowledge of ERP systems.
Limited travel and local field work required.
Bachelor degree in business or related field is required.
Minimum of 4+ years of progressive retail operations, accounting, and/or finance experience in a multi-store environment.
