RETAIL STORE MANAGER POSITION :
Oversee daily sales and manages overall operation.
Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, identifying trends; recommending system improvements.
Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintain outstanding store condition, inventory, and visual merchandising standards.
Explaining how merchandise works to customers since most of the items are in Japanese.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to read, speak, and write in Japanese(Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji letters).No exceptions.
Must be able to handle standing for a long period of time.
Must be able to work on weekends ( Manager Operation Hours are 50 to 52 hours a week )
Must be highly motivated to work individually.strong organizational skills.
excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly attention to detail.
No need car accessory acknowledge.
