Lantern Hill, a brand new Erickson Living Retirement Community in New Providence, is looking for CMAs for all shifts to help people live better lives by:
- Supporting residents physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical needs
- Assisting residents with daily living activities
- Implementing residents’ personal care plans while providing a sense of comfort, companionship and belonging.
- Working with other clinical team member to ensure the needs of our residents are addressed in a timely matter.
- Administering resident medication.
What you will need:
- Current CNA certification for NJ
- Current certification for Medication Administration -per NJ requirements
- 1-2 years of CNA experience preferred
- 1-2 years Medication Administration experience preferred
- High School diploma or GED required
