Retail Shift Supervisor - Full-time / Part-time

Ace Hardware is seeking an outgoing, friendly and helpful shift supervisor to ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. The shift supervisor will maintain the store appearance and product presentation to company standards. Provides support to sales associates during peak periods and reports to store management. The shift supervisor is a working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others and is a knowledge resource for team members. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor in a retail environment.

Learn important life skills such as product knowledge in hardware, paint, plumbing and electrical all while helping others. Make an impact in the community by helping your neighbors with their projects while working in a fast paced and fun environment. Previous hardware experience is a plus but not a requirement as we provide extensive training. Job Requirements
Ability to lift 40 pounds consistently, stand and walk for up to 8 hours during shift and have a valid drivers license with acceptable driving record.
