Currently our company has had 36 straight months of growth, which means we have more clients to serve and not enough representatives to help them. In the last year, we have promoted 12 managers in just the Virginia Beach area and have moved half our team to Northern VA.

This is why we are recruiting for the Customer Service Management path where individuals will start in customer service learning our business practices and they can help us open more offices to serve our clientele properly. Our management program consists of a one year training/mentorship program with our top Regional Managers and the best candidates are well organized and results-oriented. Their goal is to train you on how to properly serve members, answer client questions, hire, and train their own team and develop leaders so they can open offices to support our continued growth.

First year manager earnings typically range between $45k and $65k and manager earnings increase with tenure. We look at our business as a 4-year "real-life" degree - once managers have graduated from their 4th year in our business they are making well over six figures. Candidates must also possess a great work-ethic and have the ability to learn fast and be mentored with constructive criticism.
