Project Manager - Residential Construction - Full-time / Part-time

$50,000 base salary + profit-sharing bonus. Total income can move into six figures as division grows.

Owner has been filling this role, and is moving his focus in order to grow the business. Looking for someone to own the project manager position and grow it - as head of the division. 

Will be handling multiple projects from minor repairs to “down-to-the-frame” total renovations.

Requirements – here’s what you need in your tool belt:

• 2-5 years’ experience as project manager, general contractor, or home builder (owner).
• Very effective in dealing with / managing sub-contractors.
• Wired as an entrepreneur – understands how one can grow income by growing the division.
• Able to effectively manage budgets, expenses and timetables.
• Able to juggle multiple projects (up to 10 or more).
• Will own the process/department; won’t have to go to owner with constant questions; doesn’t constantly complain about subs as reason for overages or not meeting timelines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills – verbal and written.
• Solid computer skills – using MS Excel and Word extensively.
• Able to work typical daytime construction hrs., plus nights or weekends on occasion as needed.
• HS diploma; college degree preferred.
