Job Summary: Sales Associates and Cashiers needed for fast growing, rapidly expanding chain of retail stores. We are looking for hard-working, honest, and friendly individuals with a desire to provide outstanding service. Ideal candidate must be able to handle various tasks while maintaining a positive attitude. Responsible for maintaining guest services as per Company Policy/Store standards.

Essential Job Functions (Sales Associate):

·         Greet customers entering establishment

·         Maintain clean and orderly sales floor

·         Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock

·         Adhere to loss prevention, inventory control and compliance procedures

·         Assist customers with choices and help them locate and provide information about products

·         Maintain awareness of product knowledge, merchandise promotions and advertisements

·         Assist in merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping

·         Communicate guest requests to management

·         Perform other duties as assigned by management

·         Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality is required

Essential Job Functions (Cashier):

·         Receive payment by cash, credit cards, gift cards, etc.

·         Issue receipts or change due to customers

·         Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and accountabilities at registers

·         Greet customers entering establishment

·         Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas

·         Assist customers with choices and help them locate and provide information about products

·         Maintain awareness of product knowledge information, merchandise promotions and advertisements

·         Assist in merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping

·         Communicate Guest requests to management

·         Any other duties assigned by management.

Minimum requirements:

·         Retail experience is helpful, but not necessary

·         Must successfully pass background screening
