MacArthur Place, a 64 room historic Hotel, Restaurant & Spa in the center of Sonoma is seeking a dynamic, luxury Sr. Restaurant Manager and Sr. Assistant Manager to join our Team. 

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience of restaurant management
• Experience working in a hands-on, fast paced, high volume environment
• Experience mentoring and training hourly team members
• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction to your teams
• Involvement/understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods and overall control of financials

Preferences:

• Experience in a luxury high-end restaurant concept
• Hospitality or Business degree
