We are seeking an Operations Administrative Assistant to join our client’s established and successful Manufacturing team located near Ridgefield, NJ.

This is a vital role with our client, which requires someone with both interpersonal skills and Excel experience. This position will report directly to the CEO.

Main job functions include but are not limited to:
  • Complete a variety of clerical related tasks
  • Work within Excel (templates & formulas already exist)
  • Generate reports as required
  • Customer service tasks as needed (calling customers for follow-ups, coordinating shipments, etc.)
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • 2 years’ minimum experience in a related role
  • Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm

Salary commensurate with experience
