Job Description
Cintas is seeking an Training Supervisor for our First Aid and Safety Division. Responsibilities include growing the Training and Compliance business by selling our First Aid, Safety and OSHA training through marketing, maintenance and scheduling of all training activities; calling on new and existing customers; following up on internal leads; conducting safety audits of customers; assisting with safety at the Cintas location; scheduling training courses; training the Service Sales Representatives on our training capabilities; retaining and growing the current Training & Compliance customer base; training assigned location(s) on the Training and Compliance product line; and assisting in conducting Training & Compliance instructor-led courses and student skills evaluations.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
* Valid driver's license
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet/Intranet)
* Minimum of 6-months supervisory experience
Preferred
* Previous sales or service experience
Education
High School Diploma/GED (+11 years)
