Front of House Assistant Manager - Full-time / Part-time

The Assistant Manager is responsible for:

• Assisting Management team in all aspects of shift management and ensuring that each guest has an outstanding experience
• Opening and/or closing the restaurant
• Supervising assigned work centers for an entire shift
• Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations including production, preparation, equipment maintenance and repair, inventory management and financial accountability
• Ensuring Team Members work at a pace to maintain restaurant’s established speed of service guidelines.
• Ensuring workstations are clean at all times.
• Addressing guest issues that may arise; consulting with other leaders regarding complex issues.
• Maintaining a positive working relationship and treats all Team Members with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
• Strictly adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
