About this job
We are a Swim School program designed to help students become comfortable in the water and learn to swim. Applicants must enjoy working with children, be realible, and have a positive work attitude.
All instructors will be trained on the Kids First Swim Schools' Trademarked Curriculum before becoming certified to teach. Experience is not necessary, although often useful. Instructors will go through our training program before being assigned their own classes. Support will always be available to ensure consistency amongst the team and that each employee can be successful.
Front Desk Associates need to have strong and positive customer service skills, capable to speak maturely and professionaly on the phone, and aid in a team-first approach, all while having fun working with young children and their families.
Lifeguards must provide a copy of their current certification to apply. Flexible hours and great pay rates ofr year round lifeguards.
