In this exciting part-time entry level customer service position employees work to strengthen our relationships with our valued Discover Card members.
 
Awesome agents promote to a full-time Specialty Team within six to twelve months! In this inbound customer service position great candidates must have: A helpful and friendly customer service focused attitude. An ability to connect and engage, on a short phone call, with our valued Discover Card members.

No Experience is required! If you have provided GREAT Customer Service in any of the following areas, we would love to meet you;
Retail
Call Center
Sales
Collections
Food Service
Hospitality/Hotel
Seasonal Jobs
Fast Food 

Work Schedule:
*Part-Time 29 hours per week 
*You will have the choice to chose 1 of 3 shifts available (5AM-2PM) or (8AM-5PM) or (2PM-10PM)
*Paid Training for this position starts on March 26, 2018 and will be 8 weeks long
*For shifts (5AM-2PM) and (8AM-5PM) training will be from (7:30AM-1:30PM) Monday – Friday, including two Saturdays
*For shift (2PM-10PM) training will be from (2PM-8PM) Monday - Friday, including two Saturdays
*Weekend and Holiday scheduling is required to meet business needs.
