The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for supporting the operations of the Front Desk, Reservations, Concierge and Bell Services, ensuring that all staff members in these areas are providing guest service in accordance with the brand standards.  This position is additionally expected to assist with any employee or guest issue to ensure that any issue is resolved appropriately to their satisfaction.  This position generally works a 40 - 48 hour work week from the end of May through early October.

 

The “must haves” for this position include:

  • 1 year of Front Desk experience
  • Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English
  • Experience with Word, Excel, Windows
  • Experience with Property Management Systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent people skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Valid US Driver’s License

 

We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:

  • Supervisory Experience
