We are looking for a skilled maintenance technician to join our maintenance team at the Garden Pool Apartments. We are a 136-unit property located at 10472 W Montana Ave, West Allis, WI.
The right individual will be self-motivated and very reliable, being able to work well in a team environment but also on an individual basis is of the utmost importance. Having a firm understanding that paying attention to the details and completing your work in a quick manner is paramount.
The individual we are looking to join the team should be well versed in all aspects of property maintenance such as: electrical, plumbing, drywall, HVAC, boilers, carpet repairs and cleaning, residential remodeling/new build construction, and any other skills that would be involved with overall maintenance of a multi-use properties.
Previous experience in an apartment building setting is required. Special consideration will also be given to individuals who possess any current licenses or certifications.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Responding to tenant maintenance requests.
Repairing/upgrading/renovating vacant units.
Preventative maintenance of building mechanical s.
Landscaping and grounds upkeep.
Snow Removal.
Assisting on projects at other properties located in the Milwaukee area.
