HOME CARE RECRUITER/ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Responsibilities and Duties

Key Responsibilities:

*Utilize all available resources to recruit digitally

*Extensive field recruiting and networking

*Screening Resumes, Performing in person and phone interviews with candidates

*Conduct and coordinating career fairs and open house hiring events

*Conduct New Hire Orientations

*Work hand in hand with Human Resources Manager to achieve recruiting and retention objectives

*Other administration duties TBD

Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications:

*Experience in ongoing recruiting/staffing of high volume hiring and onboarding strongly preferred

*Work well with peers and management with minimal oversight

*Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with other proprietary software programs

*Strong typing and administrative skills

*Strong organizational skills

*Creative and the ability to think “outside the box”
