Job Description
Edwards Communities Management Company, an Award-Winning Team, sets the standard for competitive salaries, advancement opportunities and exciting work environments. WE ARE SEEKING A MAINTENANCE/FINISH CONTRACTOR to work at one of our luxury apartment communities in Louisville, KY. This community is currently in construction and the role will be responsible for monitoring warranty work and completing punch items. This will start as Part Time work and could move into Full Time permanent if desired.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- EPA certification preferred but not necessary
- Carpentry Skills
