Job Description
A Product Warranty Manager is responsible for ensuring implementation of quality control procedures. The Product Warranty Manager coordinates production, operations, quality assurance, or testing. The Product Warranty Manager with the outlines and guidelines of top management determines scientific and technical goals of the Company.
Job Responsibilities:
Product Inspection: In charge of developing inventory receiving inspection procedures and requirements.
Customer Service Support: Provide engineering aspect of customer service, including tire compatibility and chemical composition.
Engineering Update: Get update from the parent company on new product development, research and manufacturing.
Qualifications/Requirements
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree required. Must have extensive knowledge of the tire industry with technical knowledge of tires. Must have proven leadership, strategic thinking, relationship building, and customer service and problem resolution skills. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with all corporate levels. Must have intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Windows; Microsoft Power Point; and Microsoft Excel. Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and must be able to travel domestically and possibly internationally.
