2nd shift
Perform required bench and machine operations to clean, polish, break edges, form radii, blend defects, reprove
contamination, remove excess material, remove flash, and detect unusual defects in material or workmanship.
Work from operation sheets, blueprints, sketches, and plastic bodies to plan entire sequence of work performed.
Select, sharpen, and/or make special tooling as required; select lighting aids, inspection gages, and visual
magnification as required to meet quality specifications.
Work is primarily performed on complex bodies having multi-internal hole inter-• sections but, on occasion,
also includes all work performed by Finisher C employees.
Instruct and assist Finisher C employees on new jobs and methods.
