Job Description
Our Bradenton area client is searching for a highly motivated entry-level Appraisal Analyst candidate to join their growing team. The Appraisal Analyst will be an "A Player" and looking for a company that rewards performance. 70-80% travel throughout the US is required. You will be touring universities, colleges, and hospitals to collect data and location on equipment, prepare data analysis for client consulting, work with senior team members to solve client-specific challenges, and learn basic principles of commercial building construction.
Requirements:
- Be 100% committed to delivering the best experience to clients
- Ability to think on your feet
- Impeccable organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Minimum of Associates degree, Bachelors preferred
- Valid Drivers License and transportation
