Job Description
The Pink Poodle is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Fashion Specialist to become an integral part of our team! The Pink Poodle is an Upscale Resale Store for MEN & WOMEN. You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for Fashion
- Knowledge of Designer Labels
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule due to The Pink Poodle's 7 days per week business hours (10-6 M-F; Noon-5 Sunday)
- Ability to work on your feet for you entire shift
