- Minimum of 1 year of current salaried experience as a Restaurant General Manager or 3 years as an AGM in a quick service scratch restaurant with good overall tenure
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficient in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, and recordkeeping
This hands on restaurant general manager must be ready to build a tight knit team and create a positive, upbeat atmosphere.
