Job Description
As a long term established apparel company in the United States, we have been supplying department stores with printed graphic t shirts and apparel for 25 years. We have recently decided to move our business focus from B2B to B2C and have hired a talented team of people in the United States, ranging from webmaster, copy writers, data entry managers, social media managers, a full staff of artistic people, etc. for our web support.
Our factory has 125 people working and we are now working to develop single printed t shirts, one of a kind… there are many websites that do similar things to what we do, but we have divided each life style brand into its own website and social media marketing identity. Having decided to do this, we now realize the enormity of the work we have ahead of us and need to source someone who can open an office in another, more affordable country, who’s staff is fluent in English.
We have decided to start this project by looking for the top talent, someone who can find and hire people to help us execute all of the various tasks listed below, without elaboration. We know that this office will have at least 5 or more full time employees, possibly many more, depending on our success together, which will be determined relatively quickly.
We can discuss this project and these tasks at length after we get to stage 1 and determine if there is any synergy between us.
