Job Description
We are seeking a Second Shift Supervisor to join our team!
You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the company production team on an afternoon shift (approx. start time is 3:30 p.m.)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of 25-40 production and warehouse associates
- Work with Plant Management to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train, evaluate, and provide feedback to employees
- Serve as liaison to company leadership regarding off shift issues
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shift supervision in a fast paced production environment
- Ability to work effectively with minimal oversight
- Solid communication skills
- Problem solving ability
- Previous experience in wood products and CNC equipment preferred
