Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Partner with other selling and sales support associates and cashiers to provide superior customer service (i.e., locate merchandise, assist customers, answer phones and ring register)
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields a plus
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Candidate must have day, evening, and weekend availability to work
