Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Partner with other selling and sales support associates and cashiers to provide superior customer service (i.e., locate merchandise, assist customers, answer phones and ring register)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields a plus
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Candidate must have day, evening, and weekend availability to work
