Pricing Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

JOB TITLE:  Pricing Coordinator

SUMMARY: 

The pricing coordinator is a hands-on position supporting the sales force.  This position will function as a liaison between the sales force and the various operating departments at Schuman Cheese.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and DUTIES:

• Enter customer pricing in Sage
• Monitor customer / product margins within Sage
• Work with sales force and CSRs to ensure pricing is accurate and communicated to the customer.
• Assist sales in managing contracted customer pricing
• Work with sales force to gather sales related data for new product introduction
• Ensure customer’s data synchronization requests are met in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot data quality issues and timing issues with customers, GDSN data pools and other 3rd party providers
• Analyze product data needs, aggregate data from multiple sources, and submit data via the GDSN, and verify data quality and compliance to the GDSN data dictionary via various mechanisms
• Maintain Customers’ portals with product information
• Responsible for all data input, reconciliations and analysis required to process monthly broker commissions
• Thoroughly understand broker compensation plans to ensure payments are accurate and in compliance

REQUIRMENTS:  

• A Bachelor’s Degree
• Sage X3 knowledge is preferred
• An ability to have attention to detail, while dealing with time sensitive follow-ups
• Expertise or capability in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to both internal and external customers
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
