Traffic Clerk - Full-time / Part-time

Responsible for providing clerical support to the traffic function for an organization. Responsible for all aspects of logging orders, routing, shipping, and tracking of outbound orders. Contacts transporters for freight pick-up and ensures that cargo is routed appropriately. Prepares and verifies relative documents like bills of lading. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. May require 0-1 year of general work experience.

Must have 1 year experience as a traffic clerk in a logistics distribution center.
