Do you have a passion for cooking AND interacting with guests? Do you want to offer an elevated guest experience in an outdoor setting? The Activities Cook is responsible for opening, setting up, running, closing up, and cleaning of the activity outdoor meal site. The Activities Cook should additionally anticipate training and assisting other cooks on a day to day basis with prep work and other functions within the kitchen and at the meal site. The Activities Cook should be able to engage guests, and be comfortable with continued interaction throughout meal-service.

The “must haves” for this position include:

• 1 year minimum line cooking experience
• The ability to work independently, with little supervision
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours each shift
• Valid US Driver's License

We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:

• High volume cooking experience
• Culinary degree of certificate, or equivalent work experience
