Watertower Assistant Server

As a Watertower/ Spa Cafe Assistant Server, your role will be to keep the pool area and the perimeter neat, clean, stocked and organized. Assist the servers and bartender in delivering food from the kitchen.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Watertower and Spa Cafe Supervisor, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service Anticipate guest expectations and needs

Run for needed items

Deliver food from the kitchen in a timely and correct manner

Proper and friendly service to guests

Assist the servers and bartender in stocking and maintaining all supplies and items needed for pool service

Entire pool area is to be maintained with fresh towels, straightened chairs, overall orderliness

Communicate with the servers and bartender of the guests' needs

Maintain cleanliness of pool area

Perform other duties and/or fill in at other positions

Qualifications :

Previous experience is an asset

This is considered a starting position in the F & B industry

Able to work varied and flexible hours including mid-day shift, weekends, and holidays

Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to ):

Constant standing and walking throughout shift

Ability to stand and be mobile for up to 8 hours. Able to lift, bend and stoop to perform various tasks.

Ability to lift frequently and carry bus trays and other objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Ability to move quickly and efficiently.

Visa Requirements: Applicant must be able to provide proof that they are legally able to work in the United States.
