In the Customer Experience Rep role you will provide exceptional customer service for new and existing customers with inbound inquiries (e.g. quotes, order entry, and service requests) by probing to uncover customer needs, identifying solutions to meet need, following up on open issues, and seeking ways to add value while creating a remarkable experience for both internal/external customers. This job requires you to sit at a desk 4 to 8 hours a day, taking incoming calls and or managing off phone work.

Requirements include but are not limited to:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of external Customer Service Experience
• Able to operate PC based programs.
• Must feel comfortable working in a dynamic, team-based environment where priorities are continually changing.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions with supervision within specified time frames
