Night Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a Night Shift Supervisor with hands on work experience to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers in our Anderson, South Carolina plant.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the nightly activities of the production and operation teams
• Coordinates planning, procurement, storage, control, and distribution of materials
• Works hands on with crew nightly to maximize production efforts
• Meet shift objectives and expectations
• Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Supervise over assigned shift and staff
• Oversee scheduling and production planning for assigned shift
• Perform routine safety checks and housekeeping of areas and plant
• Other duties as assigned by Plant Manager

​Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
• Some mechanical experience preferred
• shipping experience a plus
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

​Working Environment and Physical Requirements:

• Standing on concrete for long periods of time
• Subject to hot/cold temperatures
• Noise levels fluctuating but usually moderate
• Use of hands and fingers required
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
• Lift and handle objects up to 100 lbs on a routine basis
• Good Vision: close, color, peripheral, and depth perception
