Hotel Housekeepers

Immediately hiring housekeepers for upscale hotels in the Des Moines area! 

All applicants must have some prior experience in housekeeping, be able to pass a criminal background check, have excellent communication skills, and provide proof of work eligibility to work in the United States. Other requirements:

• You must have weekend availablity, especially Sundays
• Typical workday is 8am - 4pm
• No theft charges
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Eye for detail
• Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced environment

Hotel Housekeeper Duties:

• clean corridors, lobbies, stairways, elevators and lounges as well as guest rooms
• replace dirty linens with clean items
• inspect and turn mattresses regularly
• respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills, broken glasses
• deliver any requested housekeeping items to guest rooms
• clean and disinfect guest bathrooms; replaces towels and toiletries
