SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to exceed standards set by the company for all controllable items, such as profit, product quality, cleanliness, payroll costs, paper costs, cash control, as well as weekly and period paperwork.
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer service by demonstrating management by example.
  • Maintain staffing level and manage crew wage and retention.
  • Utilize all management tools to keep neat, accurate and current records.
  • Communicate openly, honestly and effectively with subordinates, associates and superiors.
  • Review individual performance of team members at least once a year.
  • Responsible for building sales and making a profit using P&L analysis and a budget.
  • Assume responsibilities for team member training using all training materials to ensure proper training and quicker proficiency.
  • Have a good working knowledge of operations, procedures, and equipment.
  • Reliable transportation.
