Restaurant Manager (Hourly)

Home Team Grill is a locally owned, family-friendly, full-service sports grill with three locations serving the Richmond, West End and Fredericksburg communities.

We are looking for experienced, energetic, people-pleasing, community building Hourly Managers.

Previous management experience is not necessarily required but prior restaurant experience in a fast-paced, high quality environment is.

Some responsibilities will include being a key holder who can supervise a shift, check in orders and complete the daily paperwork.

We are a fun and professional team focused on delivering great house-made food and excellent service to our customers!

Summary of Position:
Provide support to the General Manager and/or Restaurant Manger by overseeing and coordinating the planning, organizing, training and leadership in terms of sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

Job Requirements Qualifications: Be 21 years of age. Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant’s trading area. Have knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least three years of front-of- the-house operations and/or assistant management positions. Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours). Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Must have the stamina to work 50 to 60 hours per week.
