Job Summary 

Coordinates the organization of the fleet lot and overflow lots to ensure the maximum utilization of lot spaces.  Communicates expectations with team members regarding car status.  Coordinates shuttle drivers to the correct spaces.  Responsible for securing dealer direct vehicles/pulling sold vehicles for customers, reports, wholesale vehicle assignment, open/close gas pump levels, fixing car problems, inventory, additional responsibilities as assigned. . 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following:

 Enhance Customer Experience-

  • Locate Cars – reserve car for managers, sales managers, mark cars for auction (GGAA, GM, and sold cars)
  • Pull sold cars to the customer
  • Assign wholesale vehicles
  • Secure dealer direct vehicles

Vehicle Process Flow-

  • RMT – update the movement slips into the system)
  • Open/Close the gas pump and check the tank levels
  • Fix car problems – registration cars, no plates, flat tires, jump start dead batteries, gas cars
  • Direct shuttle drivers to correct space  (SUV to the F and G row, smaller cars to C, D , and E)
  • Physical car count at night and morning to match with our ’01 (Inventory Report)
  • Daily Operating Report – run it, print it and ensure the numbers are correct
  • Wizard Report Reconciliation – 01, 21, 24, 04
  • Oversee flexible signage
  • Maintain a clean and orderly lot
  •  

Overflow Lots-

  • Coordinate where specific vehicles are located at specific lots
  • Direct cars to APO, Maintenance- ensure correct fleet mix
  • Work Inventory Report to find High Idles and Out of Service
  • Correctly mark high idles and Out of Service

 

Supervisory Responsibilities 

This position does not have formal supervision responsibilities.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Requires problem solving and decision making skills.
