Production Worker

Hiring Warehouse Productions and Material Handlers

Independently follow routine work procedures.

Operates within a variety of work areas in a continuous flow manufacturing process executing semi-complex processes within tight tolerance to meet production and quality standards.

Identified process disruption/malfunction, troubleshoots the problem and makes routine repairs/adjustments per stand operating procedures and protocols.

Demonstrates a positive impact on the process by contributing suggestions for modifications and initiations improvements.

Performs inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment. Develops procedures and helps to train others

Foundations position-
Uses hydraulic nail gun to build wooden foundations

Process Area - Coiling, Foam Encasement, Assembly, Gluing, Sewing, Borders, Quilting, Closing and Packing

Follows all safety policies and procedures defined by the company safety program and OSHA regulations

Practices Lean Principles and continuous improvement projects
Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products per the standards

Sets up and operates automatic nd semiautomatic machines and related equipment in production operation

Monitors the process using meter, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures and related controls.

Assembles mechanical units, parts/components, using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and other equipment
Fits, aligns, calibrates and adjust parts to meet operating requirements

Selects raw materials and parts to prepare for production processing
