Inventory Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description:

-Receiving incoming maintenance parts and organizing in warehouse.

-Logging inventory in to WMS and ERP system. Daily cycle counting of parts.

-Taking backlog of parts in warehouse and categorizing them by location, editing corresponding information in inventory system.

Work Environment:

-This will be at their main plant in SE, supporting the maintenance department with incoming parts.

-Union facility.

Qualifications:

-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

-Some experience with recognizing parts (not mandatory, but desirable to have). For example, can identify what a bearing is

-Computer skills need to be intermediate

-Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently

Performance Expectations:

-First Day:
Must be able to cycle count, learn WMS system (1-3 days anyone good with computers can learn), pick and pull orders

-preformance Measures:
Inventory accuracy, attendance

-Best vs Average:
Being able to work with suppliers as well as purchasing, forklift experience

-DQ's:
No previous experience with cycle counting. Unable to work independently

Additional Information:

-Day Shift 7:00AM to 3:30PM sometimes could start at 6:00AM
