About this job

Assist customers via answering primarily inbound calls, upselling Consumer's products and services:
They assist customers in setting up accounts, cancelling accounts, phone trouble shooting, sharing promotional opportunities, etc.
Customer Service position in a large call center environment.
50 calls/day (5.25 CPH), primarily inbound calls

Qualification

  • Great attitude and personality is a must
  • Customer Service experience preffered
  • Entry Level accepted
  • Proficient with typing and computers
  • Drug & Background check
  • High school Diploma- ( Need to verify)

Schedule:

Training - M-F pam-5:45pm

After Training: Open Availability between 5AM -8PM 7 days a week (5 consecutive days on Two consecutive days off)

Full-Time - 40 Hrs/week
