We are a steadily growing organization and are looking for a professional, self- motivated payroll coordinator for an excellent opportunity in our corporate office.

As a payroll coordinator you will be responsible for:
Maintaining payroll information by collecting, auditing, calculating, and entering data.
Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings and deductions.
Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests from branch personnel.
Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Issue invoices and maintain records.
Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Contribute to the team s successes by accomplishing payroll procedures with speed and accuracy.

Qualifications & skills:
Ability to analyze information
Data entry
Attention to detail; thorough
Confidentiality
Strong math and numerical skills
Computer savvy with working knowledge of Windows 7 or higher and payroll software
Good oral communication with aptitude in problem solving
Good organizational and time management skills
Bilingual (Fluent English/Spanish) is a plus

Compensation:
Pay $14 - $16 per hour depending on experience and skills.
