General Production Worker - Full-time / Part-time

General Production Worker (Plant Labor)
-Could be working in two different departments: Utility Crew or Point up crew.

**Utility Worker**
-General Production worker will be working in the plant.
-Could be in various types of roles depending on where the biggest need is for that particular project.

**Point Up Crew**
-Getting beams ready to be shipped out.
-will be given a punch list of beams that need a little maintenance done that are in storage.
-Each punch list details what needs to be done to certain piece (patch concrete or sand certain spots, beveling edges)
-Ensuring there is no loose concrete hanging on the edges.
-QC will check the list once complete

All skill sets will revolve around:
-Finishing, patching and pouring concrete forms.
-Bending, tying and cutting rebar.
-Reading basic blueprints to understand the placement of rebar and wooden boards for the beds..

Shifts:-The plant runs 24/7
-Open availability preferred

Additional Compensation:
-Plenty of opportunity for overtime - 40-60 hours/week @ time and a half pay
-Plenty of opportunity to move up to lead/supervisor roles
