Construction Inspector (General Laborer)

Will be working onsite on construction projects. They will sit in the onsite trailer for about half the day and then assist the foreman in helping with the project for the second half of the day. Will be collecting and processing timecards, submitting change orders, and processing RFIs in trailer. 2nd half of the day will be labor where they will be receiving and checking in shipments of fixtures, wires, parts, and other materials. They will assist the foreman in moving the parts around the jobsite for the laborers to install. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly as parts and fixtures vary in size. They will be reporting directly to the foreman or the PM if foreman is not onsite. Projects are in San Jose area. 7:00a to 3:30p shift hours. There is not a lot of OT but they must be flexible if they need to come in on a Saturday to catch up on projects. They will be using computers and working with Excel. Will also be using forklifts to move product around job site.
